Movies such as The Forbin Project and War Games forewarned us of the specter of cybercrimes against societies and individuals. The many advances in technology have enabled the criminal to not only change the color of his collar, but to become invisible. Spend some time at the following sites:

Crimes must be defined--the U.S. Supreme Court has repeatedly held that criminal laws are unconstitutional if so vaguely drafted that the meaning cannot be determined from the words used.
